This space saver allows you to raise 3 queens in one box. Standard 10 frame box size, each compartment holds 3 standard deep frames making it easy to transfer frames into and out of the mating box. Each compartment has it’s own entrance, each on a different side of the box (3 sides have entrances). Dividers are removable. Wood 3/4″ lids allow for you to add holes for feeders if you desire. Comes Assembled
Telescoping lid with Aluminum top is not included but will fit on top. Some people in the fall will pull two queens, wait a day and then pull the dividers. This allows you to overwinter the colony together. In the spring time, add the dividers and add some Queen cells.
