Filter your honey through a coarse 600 micron food grade nylon strainer that fits a 5 gallon bucket. Allows gravity to strain your honey. Still porous enough to allow max amount of pollen to pass through. Honey can be bottled or run through a finer 400 micron stainless strainer.￼
*Pro Tip – The warmer your honey is, the faster and easier it passes through the strainer. Try not to get it over 100 degrees though or you can start to destroy the natural enzymes and pollen spores.
