Amish Made Solar Wax Melter

This solar wax melter is perfect for getting clean wax easily. Made by a local Amish family out of Ohio white pine, it comes with a black aluminum tray to set your comb on. A flip up lid with a real glass front provides all the heat needed to melt dirty black comb or wax cappings into beautiful, yellow wax. Back legs fold up and down for easy storage.
Exterior Dimensions are 25 1/2 inch long, 23 inches wide, 9 1/2 inch deep.
Interior tray is 21 inches wide, 26 inches long total : 8 Inches from top to start of taper, 18 inches additional in taper.

*Pro Tip – we use a piece of mesh to place the wax on and it acts as a prefilter. Black brood comb is no problem.
