Bring the water to a rolling boil. Add Sugar and stir well (be careful as it will burn you easily). Add Honey B Healthy and Vinegar. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally and monitor temperature. Using candy thermometer, bring to 250°F. If you go over, it can foam up and boil over. Remove from heat. Add Pollen Sub slowly so it does not clump. Stir well, being careful to not get it on bare skin. You can use a paint mixer attached to a drill for this step, just do not remove it from the mix until the paddle has stopped so you do not fling hot sugar on yourself. Once mixed and most clumps are broken down, pour into pie pans. Let cool. Makes 9 1.5lb patties in 8 inch pie pans.
